The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great location and easy access with emailed codes. Kids loved the pool. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a car, so 20 minutes drive to Dollywood. Donut Friar, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as I could easily walk to downtown and visit all the places I wanted to. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was. Even when it snowed during my trip, all the attractions and activities I wanted to do were still open, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel provided everything I needed and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the condos is absolutely perfect, just a short distance from the beach and close to all the attractions in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds and well-equipped kitchens. The condos also have a nice parking area and some even offer great views. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

It could be a little difficult getting into the elevators and the condos with the long key codes.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a second home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the National Park. The staff treated us very well.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

The location of the property was perfect for our city break, being close to the main attractions but away from the noise of the busy streets. The pool was a great addition, providing a perfect place for relaxation and fun for the whole family. Additionally, the unit had updated decor and the fireplace was a nice feature, especially on those cold rainy days.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. The towels provided in the unit were hard and small, so bringing our own towels would have been a better option.

loved our recent stay in gatlinburg, everything we wanted to do was open despite the snow. location was great, easy walking distance to downtown. comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms, perfect for families. will definitely recommend to others.

I absolutely loved my stay at Baskins Creek Condos. The ample space in the room made it feel like a second home. Plus, the convenient location within walking distance to downtown was perfect for my family, especially since we had a child in a wheelchair. We didn't have to worry about difficult parking situations. The fireplace and jetted tub were fantastic features. Not to mention, the room had a washing machine, which was really handy. Everything we needed was right there in our room!
